Charity Golf Tournament to Benefit Children with Special Needs

Orlando, Fla., - The Kiwanis Club of East Orlando will host its annual charity golf tournament on Monday, April 21, 2008 at Tuscawilla Country Club in Winter Springs (1500 Winter Springs Blvd). The tournament will begin promptly at 1 p.m. with registration at noon.  All proceeds will benefit UCP of Central Florida and help purchase supplies and equipment for its classrooms and therapy gyms.

Foursomes are $450 and individual entries are $115. Entry fee includes a box lunch and a catered dinner after a round of golf. Tournament sponsorships are also available. Call 407-852-3305 or visit www.ucpcfl.org for more information.

Founded in 1955, UCP of Central Florida provides support, education and therapy services for people with all types of special needs.  Last year more than 2,300 children and their families received services provided by UCP.
