Teach-In: Inspiring the Future at UCP

Each November, in celebration of American Education Week, UCP of Central Florida invites business and civic leaders to bring their knowledge and experiences into our classrooms in a fun and engaging way. This is your opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students by sharing your stories, passions, and expertise!

Whether you want to read a book, share an educational experience, give students a glimpse into your career, or talk about a favorite vacation, hobby, or special teacher who inspired you, your involvement matters. No matter your topic, we have a classroom filled with curious minds waiting to hear from you!

How You Can Participate:

• Read a Book: Share your favorite story with young students and spark a love for reading.
• Career Talk: Give students insight into your career journey and inspire their future ambitions.
• Personal Stories: Discuss a memorable experience, a hobby you're passionate about, or a vacation that taught you something new.
• Inspiration: Tell us about a special teacher or role model who influenced your life and career.

Presentations should be no longer than 20 minutes to ensure every class gets the most out of the experience. 

Whatever your skill set, we will match you with the appropriate grade level and UCP campus so you can make the most impact.
