BioBarbie Jones joined UCP in 2021 after a 27-year career in public education. As the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Early Childhood Education, she brings extensive experience in fostering inclusive learning environments where all children can thrive. Her background includes 20 years of teaching and leadership in Pennsylvania public schools, followed by seven years as an Early Childhood Education Liaison, specializing in kindergarten readiness and inclusive family engagement initiatives.
