PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Ilene E. Wilkins joined UCP of Central Florida in 1995 and has been the President and CEO of the organization since 2002. Prior to taking on her current roles, Dr. Wilkins was UCP of Central Florida’s Center Director. She has been instrumental in growing the agency’s capacity to serve from 150 children to over 3,500 children with and without disabilities in Central Florida.

INTERESTS
Dr. Wilkins was also a foster parent for ten years, fostering over 150 children and teens. She has a passion for traveling, roller coasters and reading.
