HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Lisa Klumb joined UCP of Central Florida in 2009 and is the current Human Resources Manager. She is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience. Prior to her career with UCP, she managed a staffing company and a staffing program for a pharmaceutical company and was a recruiting and retention manager for an engineering team.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the Senior Director of Human Resources and HR Team in meeting all department responsibilities
Facilitates staffing initiatives, clearances, and reporting
Staffing certification liaison with Orange, Osceola, and Seminole County School Districts
