SENIOR DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Mellissa Killian joined UCP of Central Florida in 2007. She is the current Senior Director of Human Resources. Mellissa has more than 20 years of experience in HR and has received various certificates in the HR field. Her areas of specialty include Administration of Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, Training and Development, Risk Management and Safety, and Loss Prevention.

Maximize the effectiveness of the organization’s team members while minimizing financial risk in an effective, legal, and consistent manner.
Focus on implementing sound policies and action plans that provide UCP’s team members the opportunity to grow and succeed.
