Nancy Mireles joined UCP of Central Florida in 2020. She is the current Senior Director of Development. Her non-profit career started in 2005 with the Central Florida Council, Boy Scouts of America. Nancy has over 14 years of experience with development fundraising areas, including operating, endowment, and Major Gifts & Capital Projects.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s in Interpersonal Communications with a minor degree & certificate with the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance

Overall strategy and management of agency fundraising
Oversight of special events and donor centered programs
Donor communications, stewardship, and cultivation
